Transparent and attractive – the Wichtel salary
Our salary package consists of
- a basic salary, the labor market allowance (for pedagogical specialists), the Munich allowance and the "SuE" allowance (see also sample calculation below)
- a special annual payment of 80% of a monthly basic salary
- In addition, our salary structure will continue to be based on the market in the future
