We are a family-run company in the field of early childhood education. Every day we work with heart, passion and a lot of experience to give children a happy childhood. Our modern, pedagogical concept forms the basis of our way of working. Our aim is to prepare each child individually for their future. In doing so, we ensure that our daycare centers are feel-good places that offer children the warmth of a second home.
Creating a carefree work-life balance for all parents and employees is important to us. That is why we offer services that meet the individual needs of different families. We see ourselves not only as important developmental companions for daycare children, but also, in line with our values, as a trustworthy point of contact for parents in educational matters. Our special philosophy strengthens an open and respectful relationship between children, staff and parents. We move the future through education.

Five principles for working in the daycare centers
Our five daycare center principles are based on the values of the Wichtel Akademie and form the guidelines for our day-to-day work. They help us to focus on and reflect on our own behavior. As guidelines, however, they merely provide an outline within which each employee is free to act on their own responsibility.
Principle 1: Security
The principle of security is of great importance in the philosophy of our daycare centers. We make sure that all children grow up in an environment characterized by security and experience a happy childhood every day. We use our pedagogical concept and our standards as a binding and secure framework.
Principle 2: Responsibility
We act when necessary, take agreements to heart and always keep an eye on the entire organization. We question, shape and improve the quality of the Wichtel Akademie with our work.

Our Wichtel teams strive for a better future every day. We discover and use our talents and the opportunity to develop flexibly. We ensure that our pedagogy and our services remain modern and sophisticated.
Principle 4: Participation
The principle of participation means that we treat everyone in our daycare center as equals. We are helpful and friendly towards children, parents, colleagues and other people. Our teams always involve those involved in the decisions that affect them and how they are shaped.

In our daycare centers, we create a trusting and appreciative basis for the community so that children, parents, colleagues and partner companies can confide in each other more easily.
