Our mission

Moving the future through education

We are a family-run company in the field of early childhood education. Every day we work with heart, passion and a lot of experience to give children a happy childhood. Our modern, pedagogical concept forms the basis of our way of working. Our aim is to prepare each child individually for their future. In doing so, we ensure that our daycare centers are feel-good places that offer children the warmth of a second home.

Creating a carefree work-life balance for all parents and employees is important to us. That is why we offer services that meet the individual needs of different families. We see ourselves not only as important developmental companions for daycare children, but also, in line with our values, as a trustworthy point of contact for parents in educational matters. Five principles for working in the daycare centers

Our five daycare center principles are based on the values of the Wichtel Akademie and form the guidelines for our day-to-day work. They help us to focus on and reflect on our own behavior. As guidelines, however, they merely provide an outline within which each employee is free to act on their own responsibility.
