The daily routine in our daycare centers: time for valuable everyday life
In all our daycare centers, we attach great importance to a clearly structured and regulated daily routine. This includes, for example, the morning circle, having breakfast and lunch together and tidying up together. Fixed rituals offer orientation and security, especially for younger children, and make it easier for them to master the day with confidence.
Exercise and health education
Health education and upbringing cannot be limited to specific activities, but are part of everyday life in our house. They cover the areas of nutrition, exercise, mental health and safety education. The aim is to strengthen the child's skills in terms of health-conscious behavior. The sport and play time at the daycare center is a holistic offer that is intended to give the children skills and abilities for the rest of their lives. In order to awaken the children's desire to move and to accompany this with joy and fun, movement units take place in our houses even for the crèche children. After a period of movement or playing and learning, rest periods are very important for the children to "recharge their batteries". For this reason, the children are given the opportunity to sleep, rest and relax throughout the day, e.g. in quiet and cozy corners.
Additional activities such as yoga, dance or early music education arealso available at various locations .
Educational activities and free play
The daily routine in our crèches and kindergartens offers sufficient space and time for educational activities and free play in the fresh air. Free play is always in harmony with your child's biological rhythm. Joint activities in mixed-age groups offer our children additional incentives to play and learn from and with each other.
I'm big now! The transition to kindergarten
In almost all Wichtel houses, the crèche and kindergarten are located in the same building. Our crèche children can visit the kindergarten group regularly and get to know the other children and our educational staff during joint excursions and parties . This makes the transition from crèche to kindergarten smooth and seamless. We offer external crèche children the opportunity to visit us together with their parents before the start of the kindergarten year. During an initial meeting, we can create the ideal conditions for a later settling-in period or admission to kindergarten.
I'm coming to school! Our school hopper program
The transition from kindergarten to school is a big and exciting change for children and parents. At the Wichtel Akademie daycare centers, we prepare your child carefully and thoroughly for this process. This way, your child can start the first year of school with anticipation and self-confidence.
