The Wichtel Akademie Vaterstetten crèche and kindergarten are located in the family-friendly surroundings of the FasanenHöfe development area. Three crèches and four kindergarten groups are housed in a modern building. Our daycare center is easily accessible by public transport and by car.

Welcome to Vaterstetten
In our daycare center in Vaterstetten, children can expect a structured room concept in which they can quickly find their way around. Our completely ground-level premises are clearly laid out, bright and friendly and offer 1,200 square meters of space for a wide range of play and educational activities. All crèche rooms have a directly adjoining bedroom and the children can also use our large exercise room. Our large garden with lots of play equipment invites children to play, run around and explore. We regularly take advantage of our proximity to numerous playgrounds, forests and meadows for extended excursions into the surrounding area.

Our daycare center management in Vaterstetten
Katharina Porzel and Julia Hainzl form a well-coordinated management team with heart and soul. Our manager Katharina Porzel has been with the Wichtel Akademie since 2014. After an introductory internship, she worked her way through all of our stations and ultimately helped to set up the Vaterstetten site. Katharina lives and loves the Wichtel spirit and the Wichtel pedagogy and has helped develop many of our standards as a multiplier. She attaches great importance to empathy and communication at eye level. She gives her team a lot of freedom and supports each team member according to their individual potential.
The "perfect match" for Katharina Porzel is Deputy Head Julia Hainzl. She has been at the Wichtel Akademie since 2019 and has helped shape the Vaterstetten site from the very beginning. In addition to her day-to-day pedagogical work, she is heavily involved in supporting our interns and the next generation of educators.

Our monthly fixed price includes food costs, educational offers, entrance fees for excursions as well as hygiene articles and diapers. Current price list valid from September 2024.

- The Free State of Bavaria grants an additional subsidy of €100 for children over the age of three, which reduces the parental contribution mentioned above. This reduction in the contribution applies from September 1 of the year in which the child turns three, regardless of whether it attends the crèche or kindergarten. The subsidy is paid to the provider until the child starts school. The reduction in the monthly parental contribution remains in place as long as the Free State of Bavaria pays the additional subsidy to the provider.
- The one-off registration fee for a place in the crèche or kindergarten is € 495.
