Whistleblower system and reporting points:

Babilou Family Germany promotes open communication, encourages clarification of issues and takes concerns seriously. The goal of offering children a safe environment and promoting their development is achieved in a trusting team.

The values of the Code of Ethics and Anti-Corruption are the basis of our actions. Violations of these values, guidelines or legal requirements should be reported to ensure transparency and integrity.
 

1. Who

Everyone. The reporting procedure is open to everyone. This includes employees, customers, suppliers and external organizations and individuals.
 

2. What?

Actual or potential violations of laws or internal regulations, serious breaches of rules and risks or obligations in the areas of human rights and the environment can be reported.
 

3. Whistleblower protection hotline

3.1. Internal reporting office

There are various ways of reporting: 

• Contacting the manager, the legal and compliance team or other responsible persons.
• Use of the reporting portal which is available at all time in several languages. Anonymous reports are possible. The data is stored on protected servers in Germany. Processing is carried out exclusively by Babilou Family Group and Babilou Family Germany.

All reports will be treated confidentially and processed in accordance with data protection regulations. Here you can download our privacy policy and the joint responsibility agreement as well as the whistleblower policy. 
 

3.2. External reporting office

Alternatively, reports can be submitted directly to the federal government's external reporting office at the Federal Office of Justice. Information on this is available on the official website of the Federal Office of Justice.
