#wichtelspirit meets quality: our trainers
A high level of expertise, several years of professional experience and a wealth of experience in the elementary education sector form the basis of our trainers for pedagogical standards. They can be called in to support team meetings, pedagogical planning days, online training courses and individual consultation appointments. In regular meetings, the trainers exchange ideas and further develop the pedagogical quality standards. They are also our "heartbearers" - they carry the #wichtelspirit to all of our daycare locations through their training and ensure that our standards are fully practiced in their quality.
Acquiring and passing on knowledge: our multipliers
Our multipliers are selected educational staff from all Wichtel Akademie daycare centers who have qualified for this task through their expertise, commitment and motivation for the relevant topics. The team meets regularly to work together on our educational standards. The aim is to continuously improve quality in our facilities. Our multipliers take the jointly developed results to each individual daycare center and pass on their specialist knowledge internally to their colleagues.
Learning leadership: leadership workshop and Young STAR Development
Leading a team and acting confidently as a manager is something that needs to be learned. In addition to the technical skills of our employees with a management function, we therefore also want to strengthen their leadership skills in a targeted manner. Special training courses such as our management training, leadership workshops and the Young STAR Development (YSD) program prepare employees specifically for a management career at the Wichtel Akademie. Such programs help to develop a strong and competent management team that is able to master the challenges of day-to-day work with confidence and successfully lead the Wichtel Akademie into the future with its values.
